What is CABot?

CABot is a WhatsApp automation platform built exclusively for Chartered Accountant firms in India. It enables CA firms to automate client communication, including answering queries, sending deadline reminders for ITR and GST filings, booking appointments, and delivering documents, entirely through WhatsApp.

How CABot uses Google Drive: CA firms store client documents (ITR acknowledgements, Form 16, GST certificates, balance sheets, etc.) in their Google Drive. CABot connects to the CA's own Google Drive account, with their explicit permission, to sync these documents into the CABot document library. When a client requests a document via WhatsApp, CABot fetches it from the CA's Google Drive and delivers it to the client automatically. CABot only accesses folders and files that the CA explicitly selects using the Google Drive Picker. No other Drive data is accessed.
